Having used Daffodil’s (and particularly Hema’s) services for both real estate and serviced apartments, we can say that the experience is more than delightful. Hema goes much above and beyond what you would normally expect. The real estate deal was being done on behalf of a friend of ours in a different city, and Hema helped throughout the process, from identifying the right place at the right price, to assistance with drawing up the sale deed, and most importantly, helping with the registration process. Post-purchase, she not only helped in finding the right tenant for the house, but went beyond in terms of organising the right people for any repairs and maintenance required.
