Furnished Rooms

Our apartments are fully air-conditioned with two or three well furnished bedrooms and separate living and dining areas. The living area opens to a balcony and is furnished with luxurious sofa set, television with cable connection . The dining area has a comfortable  dining table where guest can enjoy their meals.
The  bedrooms are spacious air conditioned and fully furnished  .

Fully Equipped kitchen and In house Cook

The apartments have a built-in kitchen to cater to the cooking needs of the guests. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, refrigerator,  toaster and crockery sets to make dinning a pleasure.   Cauvery water supplied by the town board, is further purified through an Aqua guard water purifier.
The In-house Cook will cater to the breakfast lunch and dinner needs of guests.

In-house servant quarters.

The caretakers are provided with in-house servant quarters so that there is no disturbance  and at same time cater to service needs of the guests.

Broadband Internet.

Complimentary Wi-Fi  Internet access is  available 24/7 .

Security and Fire Safety.

The facility is highly secure with 24-hour security,  state-of-the-art surveillance systems and personnel trained to handle fire emergencies. Smoke detectors are available in all apartments.  All the access is controlled at the main gate of ITPL and further by the security at the Residential Tower Gate.Persons entering ITPL are allowed after their ID proofs have been collected at the main gate.

Facility Caretakers Work Overview

Our major differentiator is the quality of food, service and cleanliness of the facility. We aim to provide a clean, comfortable and pleasant stay to all our guests.

Full time caretakers

We provide fulltime experienced caretakers to do all the servicing of the equipment in the facility and cater to the needs of the guests.

Caretakers Schedule

Our caretakers follow a regular cycle, which ensures that all cleaning and equipment servicing is properly done and taken care.

Rooms

All the rooms and the common areas are cleaned, disinfected and scrubbed with detergent water daily to ensure cleanliness.

Linen

The linen in the bedrooms is changed every alternate day and based on need / condition.

Laundry

Washing Machines are available in each apartment which can be used by the guests themselves Alternatively, laundry services can be provided by the caretakers at extra cost.
